Baltimore, our headquarters, is a rose growing from concrete; possessing seeds of resilience & the power of restoration. Our CORE + CORPS model will result in a self-sustaining system of regenerative enterprise that values people over profit, reduces climate change, and will be implemented and owned by the community.
INDRAlogic:
the CORE + CORPS project
INDRAlogic was a finalist of Enterprise Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge Grant 2020!

Systemic problems can only be solved by systemic thinking and action. Our concept is a strategic balance between prefabrication and regenerative practice to achieve the most localized restorative impact.
The Regenerative Community CORPS.
With our workforce development partners, CivicWorks and Carver Vo-Tech, we will train a 100% local workforce and immediately hire them to retrofit vacant row homes to Passive House standards. They will deploy a standard library of regenerative techniques to air-seal and insulate the buildings.
COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP.
Many affordable housing projects provide housing but change little of the underlying economic conditions. Our plan creates vehicles for community ownership and investment that will cultivate the direct economic agency of workers and the community.
CORE.
This locally prefabricated mechanical CORE is comprised of stacked pods containing all the high-efficiency systems required for zero energy homes, pre-installed and ready for easy connection. These COREs will be installed in the CORPS retrofitted row home shells.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.
We invite partnership through listening sessions, a stipend community advisory group, and community design jams. This creates space for the community to take part in decision making, governance and operational structures.
